General Registration Guidelines

1. All attendees are required to complete the designated registration form individually, with one form per delegate.
2. Registration fee is not transferable to any other attendee or meeting.
3. PG. Student: Certificate from Head of the department confirming student status should be uploaded for registration.
4. It is mandatory to Register for the Conference to Submit an Abstract.
5. The amount mentioned above does not include any travel, accommodation, airport transfers or insurance costs.
6. "Registration is confirmed only after the submission of screenshot and verification of the transaction by our team."
7. "A confirmation email containing your Registration ID will be sent. Please present this confirmation at the registration counter upon arrival."
8. Conference kits for delegates registering on-spot will be as per the availability of stocks and on first come first serve basis.
9. Organizers will not be held responsible for any date change of the conference.
